After my studies, I spent twenty years working in fields as varied as sport, luxury goods and banking.

After these different experiences, the artist JR asked me to join his team. At first, it was just for a few months, to structure his business, but one project led to another, and I worked alongside him for 11 incredible years. I was able to support him in the development of his business by running his workshop.
As Manager and then Director, I took it to heart to ensure the long-term future of the business, building a solid organization while bringing my managerial sensibility to bear.

Throughout my career, my intuition has always been present, and even more so over the years. It developed.
Finally, there came a time when I realized it was time to stand on my own two feet and explore who I really am.

This is what I've been doing for a few years now, focusing on what I love and what nourishes me.

I write poems, texts and children's books.

I trained as a coach, becoming an ICF-certified Executive Coach.
I am a certified trainer, sharing my experience and skills with today's professionals.
I also explore and use my intuition.

I've been playing volleyball for thirty years, I've played in National 3, I've been a coach and I'm now a recreational player and coach.
I run, I ski, I walk... I explore nature in summer and winter.
I've always read, with a preference for historical novels.

I'm a member of an Amap (An association whose goal is to maintain the local agricultural activity) and recently became involved in the Association. For me, it's essential to maintain and develop peasant farming that's both ecological and remunerative for farmers. It's a system of direct sales of quality local produce that I prefer in my daily life.
I'm also a member of the Shifters association, created by Jean-Marc Jancovici, because we need to change, think and move forward differently.
My balance.

I'm lucky enough to be supported by my husband, my children, my parents, my parents-in-law, my sister, my brother and their spouses.
Family is essential to me, it's my foundation.
My friends are also very precious, they are there, available and attentive, they are an integral part of this balance.
