Executive Coaching

Coaching is a powerful lever for personal and professional transformation.

Leaders, managers, executives and your teams, I support you in revealing your full potential.
You already have all the resources you need.
I guide you to identify them, mobilize them and enable you to reveal your full potential, so you can achieve your goals.

Ethic is central to my practice.
That's why I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation - ICF, which promotes the values of integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect.
As a coach, I am also supervised and continue to train.

What's the role of a coach ?

Expérience

The coach is not a specialist in the client's life, but an expert in the coaching process.

The coachee is the only “expert” in his or her own life.

A coach can therefore accompany any profile, as his or her expertise lies in this process.

I like this approach because it determines the relationship between coach and coachee.

Here are the main steps of a coaching :

  • Clarify what the coachee wishes to achieve through coaching, in order to establish a contract based on a specific objective that is measurable, fully under the client's control, dated and accompanied by result's indicators.

  • Accompany the coachee in identifying his values, his needs, his operating mode, his motivations, his capacities, but also the limiting beliefs that may restrict the exploitation of his full potential.

  • Accompany the coachee in discovering other “angles of view” so that he or she can approach the problem in a different way.

  • Help the coachee to bring out the full range of options and solutions available to him/her.

  • Engage the coachee in the change process, helping him/her to formalize the actions he/she has decided to implement in order to achieve his/her objective in full autonomy!

When we are perfectly aligned in our choices, we can finally unfold all our capacities and become who we really are, fulfilling ourselves individually and collectively.

In this way, we can make the best possible contribution to the collective, whether within the company or in our various ecosystems.

Practical details of a coaching process

  • Coaching generally lasts at least 6 to 8 sessions. It is preceded by a preliminary interview to define the objective of the support.

  • Sessions generally last 1 hour, but can vary according to your needs and availability.

  • At the end of the process, we hold a debriefing session.

  • Following this, a mentoring-type support can be set up for managers wishing to have a space for exchange and reflection.

  • Sessions are then spaced out over a longer period of time.

  • Face-to-face or distance learning: both are possible and work very well. The organization is defined together at the start of the process.

"I've had the pleasure of talking with Julie during several coaching sessions.Julie is calm, a good listener and her professionalism has helped me to properly define and maintain my session goals. Each of these sessions has strengthened my self-confidence while opening up new and diverse avenues of work. A big thank you, Julie, for your time and kindness."
